1) How did you come across Business Boosters?

Their Sales Manager, Mr Rajiv contacted my A&P Manager, Ms. Beh, and she asked him to come over as she wanted to find out more about the kind of lifestyle experience incentives that he had to offer.

2) Did you like the ‘Lifestyle’ experience voucher concept?

Yes, basically this was the first time we were going to reward the end user with a holiday stay experience, and at the time we were the only ones in our industry using this concept. Prior to this we were offering different types of premiums with the most recent one being the free RM200 petrol card.

3) What was the clear difference between your previous promotions and this one?

It was the perceived value of the voucher. For the petrol card, we had to incur the whole amount and the perceived value is the same as the actual value in the card. However, with the free holidays offer, the perceived value was 4.4 times higher.

4) How would you rate the quality and service of Business Boosters?

I found them to be very professional in the way they worked where they hold true to their words and delivered as promised. Their voucher design and quality was also very presentable and good. Business Boosters staff also tried their very best to meet our expectations and fulfil our needs. They even made an effort to support us in our marketing and promotional campaign although it was not part of their job to do so. On the whole, I would say that our satisfaction level with their service is 10/10. 

5) Overall, how did you find this campaign?

This promotional campaign was a good experience for us even although it was not very successful. There were a number of factors which we did not take into consideration actually contributed to the failure of the promotion. These factors include the timing of the promotion was not really suitable, which on hindsight we should not implement during this period, beacuse it clashes with the ‘Puasa’ month as well as the ‘Hungry Ghost’ festival where usually consumers spending are generally slower during this time. The current economic conditions were also not conducive resulting in many consumers spending less on travelling but instead they looked for more practical products. 

In addition to these, many of our dealers still had a lot of the previous promotional stocks with them and their priority was to stock holdings before taking this offer up. In fact, I strongly believe that if this campaign was implemented at a different time, it will probably yield better results.

6) Would you recommend Business Boosters to others?

Yes, most definitely. It is because they always deliver as promised and have a high level of professionalism. We can be assured that we will have a quality product in hand together with excellent service when dealing with them. With their professional services, I sincerely believe our end consumers will be in good hands as they are very capable in handling them effectively and efficiently.
