1) How did you come across Business Boosters?
Business Boosters’s Corporate Sales Manager, Rajiv had approached Hunter Douglas back in 2012 regarding their voucher program. In 2013, we got to know they were working on a new VIP Private Label product, which is a dealer loyalty portal. Since we were looking in a proper platform and program to connect our authorized dealers with the Interior Designers community, we explore this with Business Boosters to come out with a customized Designer Club portal under our brand, Hunter Douglas.
2) What made you decide to use Business Boosters services?
We evaluated Business Boosters based on their track record with branded companies they have worked with. Based on the good references and reasonable pricing, we decided to work with them on our Designer Club portal. The plus point is they handle almost A to Z of the entire system, from development of the portal, to IT & customer service support, to merchant management and fulfillment.

5) How much do you think the portal has benefited your company?
We just launched this portal few months back, so it’s a bit too early to give statistics. But so far the response we get from our dealers is quite positive. We will continue to launch more activities under this portal to engage our members further and to make them feel exciting on the reward system. The portal that Business Boosters developed is versatile and can be upgraded with other features which we plan to include in the near future. We believe we can reach, engage, and connect with the Interior Designer community through the portal and reap fruitful results in the coming years.
