1) How did you come across Business Boosters?
I was in contact with their Sales Manager, Mr. Rajiv – who has been keeping in touch with me for quite some time now. So when the opportunity arose, we acquired his company’s services.
2) Have you done this type of “holiday reward voucher” campaign before?
Yes, we actually tried this concept with another company some years ago – unfortunately the delivery was unsatisfactory and the campaign was not a success. Due to our poor experience with that company, we have been reluctant to experiment this similar concept again with any others. That’s the reason it took Business Boosters some time to finally convince us to give them a try.
3) What was the reason you decided to give Business Boosters a try?
Well, there are a few key reasons on why we decided to use their services:
i) They have been in the market since 2008, which shows a credible sustainability.
ii) They have worked with many big names in the market, and have with them some very good testimonies.
iii) They were willing to accommodate our budget, and other special requirements to make this project a success, even though their normal practice was otherwise. This gave us virtually zero risk.
4) What was the clear difference between your previous promotion and this one?
It was the perceived value of the voucher. Compared with all our other promotions, the value that we were giving out here was much higher than the actual cost of acquiring it.
5) How would you rate the quality and service of Business Boosters?
I would rate their quality of product and service as excellent. They fulfilled all our requirements and delivered as promised. In fact, they even blasted our promotion to all their members and clients at no additional cost to us. Overall, they were very professional and easy to work with.
6) Generally, how did you find this campaign?
This was a Valentine’s Day promotion, which ran from 7th – 23rd Feb’14. And initially I was a bit skeptical as we ran this campaign after the Chinese New Year holidays, as normally that was a slow period. The 1st week’s results were very slow, and I was quite reserved with the success of this campaign. However, towards the end of the 2nd week, the sales started picking up and we ended up re-ordering their ‘holiday reward vouchers’ 3 more times, as our initial estimated quantity was not sufficient. This voucher was a great tool to help us in our closing. We also managed to collect full payments faster than normal.
7) Would you recommend Business Boosters to others?
Yes, definitely. This is because they kept their word, consistently fulfilled all our needs and met our expectations. Also, their Customer Service proved that they were capable in handling our customers effectively and efficiently. Most importantly, they provided us with a quality product as well as excellent service.
