We purchased SPA Vouchers to be given out to our employees to improve their attendance and as a reward for achieving KPIs.  This brought up the energy in the office and they were so excited that even our engineers based in our client’s site also made it a point to come back to office every day. Due to this we achieved 100% attendance in our office for 2 months in a row!
