1) How did you come across Business Boosters?
I met Rajiv through my colleague Prazzal who introduced to me when he came to our office to present some marketing promotion idea. Prazzal has met Rajiv a couple of years ago while we were still Nokia and have not merged with Microsoft yet.
2) What made you decide to use Business Boosters services?
Business Boosters basically is quite well known among the corporate players and we had some confidence with them after seeing all the other brands they have dealt with. Moreover, they were giving a very attractive reward program that we have not tried before, holiday rewards. So we wanted to try something new in the market to create some excitement.
3) Were you satisfied with the end product & service that was delivered by Business Boosters?
Yes very satisfied. They have done more than what was required and I am happy with the outcome of the campaign. We are possibly looking at more campaign in the future with them since we have received very good feedback from our dealers and distributors. In fact some end users have also informed our dealers that they loved the holiday voucher.
4) How was the response of the campaign you did?
We purchased 2000 vouchers, and it was finished within weeks. The campaign overall response was excellent and we are happy with the results. We also got feedback to include more exotic locations to build pull factors
5) Would you recommend Business Boosters to your other friends in different industry?
Definitely I would cause I have confidence in their delivery and their professionalism. We look forward to more exciting and successful campaigns together with them.
